System Eye is a system informer, a tool which gives you access to data like processor use, virtual or RAM memory, without having to use the Windows Task Administrator or using the CTRL + ALT + SUPR key combo.

System Eye doesn't just show you the information in graphs, as it also lets you program the activation of actions when some of the parameters drop below the level you predetermine. Notifications, open an application, shut down or restart the PC, etc. The informative graphs from System Eye are always visible on the desktop, and you can configure the transparency level or change the look via skins.
